How to use your GrabPoints accountGrabPoints account কীভাবে ব্যবহার করবেন
👤 1. Create an account১. Account খুলুন
Register with your name, phone, email and a private 4–6 digit PIN. A GrabZone shopping account is not required.নাম, phone, email এবং একটি private ৪–৬ digit PIN দিয়ে register করুন। আলাদা GrabZone shopping account লাগবে না।
🔑 2. Login২. Login করুন
Use your phone or registered email plus your Rewards PIN.আপনার phone অথবা registered email এবং Rewards PIN দিয়ে login করুন।
⭐ 3. Build your tier৩. Tier বাড়ান
Your rolling 12-month earned GP determines your membership tier. Higher tiers can receive different benefits when configured by GrabZone.Rolling ১২ মাসের earned GP আপনার membership tier নির্ধারণ করে। GrabZone configure করলে higher tier-এ আলাদা সুবিধা থাকতে পারে।
🎁 4. Redeem points৪. Points Redeem করুন
Enter your points amount, enter the Rewards PIN, and submit. The balance and history update after a successful redemption.Points amount দিন, Rewards PIN দিন এবং submit করুন। সফল redemption-এর পর balance ও history update হবে।
📧 5. Forgot your PIN?৫. PIN ভুলে গেলে?
Choose Forgot PIN, enter the registered email, verify the code sent to that email, and create a new PIN.Forgot PIN চাপুন, registered email দিন, ওই email-এ পাঠানো code verify করুন এবং নতুন PIN সেট করুন।
