GP কীভাবে আয় হবে
যোগ্য পণ্যের মূল্য অনুযায়ী GrabPoints (GP) যোগ হবে। ৳1 = 10 GP এবং 1 GP = ৳0.10। কোনো eligible order delivered হওয়ার পর, checkout-এর ফোন নম্বরের সাথে Rewards account মিললে GP স্বয়ংক্রিয়ভাবে account-এ যোগ হবে।
Membership tier
Tier আপনার eligible earned GP-এর ওপর নির্ধারিত হবে। Delivery charge tier progression-এর অংশ নয়।
Cashback
Cashback-এর হিসাব টাকায় হবে এবং eligible product subtotal-এর ওপর প্রযোজ্য tier rate ব্যবহার করা হবে। Cashback-এর জন্য delivery charge কখনোই গণনা হবে না। Cashback-এর GP representation হবে ৳1 = 10 GP হারে।
Delivery charge
বর্তমান delivery charge ৳130। এটি product price থেকে আলাদা এবং GP earning, tier progression বা cashback calculation-এ অন্তর্ভুক্ত হবে না। কোনো order-এ delivery charge advance হিসেবে নেওয়া হলে, advance amount হবে ৳130 এবং বাকি eligible product amount-এর payment order-এর checkout/payment terms অনুযায়ী হবে।
Offers ও membership
Store offer, discount বা campaign সময়ের সাথে পরিবর্তন হতে পারে। কোনো offer পরিবর্তন করলেও এই core GP conversion, tier thresholds এবং delivery-charge exclusion rules অকারণে পরিবর্তিত হবে না; কোনো offer-এর আলাদা GP/cashback rule থাকলে সেটি checkout বা offer terms-এ স্পষ্টভাবে জানানো হবে।
How GP is earned
GrabPoints (GP) are earned from the eligible product value of qualifying orders. The conversion is ৳1 = 10 GP, or 1 GP = ৳0.10. After an eligible order is delivered, GP is added automatically when the checkout phone number matches a Rewards account.
Membership tiers
Your tier is determined by eligible earned GP. The delivery charge is never included in tier progression.
Cashback
Cashback is calculated in Bangladeshi taka (BDT) using the customer's tier rate on the eligible product subtotal. The delivery charge is never included in cashback. Cashback is represented in GP at the rate of ৳1 = 10 GP.
Delivery charge
The current delivery charge is ৳130. It is separate from the product price and is excluded from GP earning, tier progression and cashback calculations. If an order requires the delivery charge to be paid in advance, the advance amount is ৳130 and the remaining eligible product amount follows the payment terms shown at checkout.
Offers and membership
Store offers, discounts and campaigns may change over time. Offer changes do not automatically change the core GP conversion, tier thresholds or delivery-charge exclusion rules. If a specific offer has a separate GP or cashback rule, that rule will be stated clearly in the offer or at checkout.
How Your Order Works · আপনার অর্ডার কীভাবে কাজ করে
১. পণ্য নির্বাচন
Shop থেকে পণ্য নির্বাচন করে Cart-এ যোগ করুন এবং checkout-এ প্রয়োজনীয় তথ্য পূরণ করুন।
২. সঠিক ফোন নম্বর দিন
Rewards account থাকলে checkout-এ সেই account-এর একই phone number ব্যবহার করুন। এতে delivered eligible order-এর GP সঠিক account-এ automatically যোগ হবে।
৩. অর্ডার যাচাই ও confirmation
Order submit করার পর GrabZone team প্রয়োজন হলে ফোনে customer information verify করবে। Admin order status পরিবর্তন করে order lifecycle পরিচালনা করবে।
৪. Delivery charge
বর্তমান delivery charge ৳130। এটি product subtotal-এর বাইরে আলাদা charge। Advance delivery charge নেওয়া হলে advance amount ৳130 হবে।
৫. Delivered হওয়ার পর GP
Eligible order Delivered হওয়ার পরেই reward calculation হবে। Eligible product subtotal-এর ওপর customer-এর current tier অনুযায়ী cashback হিসাব হবে এবং তার GP representation account-এ যোগ হবে। Delivery charge কখনোই এতে count হবে না।
৬. এক order, একবার reward
একই order-এর জন্য GP একবারই earn হবে। Duplicate status update বা refresh-এর কারণে দ্বিতীয়বার GP যোগ হওয়া উচিত নয়। Cancel/returned order-এর reward প্রয়োজন হলে system reversal transaction ব্যবহার করবে।
৭. Offer ও discount
Offers, discounts ও campaigns পরিবর্তন করা যেতে পারে। এগুলো core GP conversion, tier threshold এবং delivery-charge exclusion rule ভাঙবে না। কোনো special offer-এর আলাদা reward rule থাকলে সেটি offer/checkout-এ স্পষ্টভাবে দেখানো হবে।
1. Choose your products
Select products from the Shop, add them to your Cart, and complete the required checkout information.
2. Use the correct phone number
If you have a Rewards account, use the same phone number at checkout. This allows eligible GP from a delivered order to be added automatically to the correct account.
3. Order verification and confirmation
After an order is submitted, the GrabZone team may verify customer details by phone. The admin order status is used to manage the order lifecycle.
4. Delivery charge
The current delivery charge is ৳130. It is separate from the product subtotal. If the delivery charge is collected in advance, the advance amount is ৳130.
5. GP after delivery
Rewards are calculated only after an eligible order becomes Delivered. Cashback is calculated from the eligible product subtotal using the customer's current tier, and its GP representation is added to the Rewards account. The delivery charge is never included.
6. One reward per order
Each order can earn GP only once. Repeated status updates or page refreshes must not create duplicate rewards. If an order is cancelled or returned, the system can use a reversal transaction where applicable.
7. Offers and discounts
Offers, discounts and campaigns may change. They do not break the core GP conversion, tier thresholds or delivery-charge exclusion rule. Any special reward rule for an offer will be stated clearly in the offer or at checkout.
